1. Payment terms: Payment is due within 30 days. 2% per
month is due on overdue accounts.2. Cancellation fees: 10% before roughs, 50% after roughs,
100% upon completion.3. Artist reserves the right to use art for self-promotion.
(i.e. website, portfolio, promotional directories)4. All rights not expressly granted remain property of the artist.5. Grant of any rights is conditional upon payment in full.6. Client may not edit, correct, adapt, modify or change
the finished artwork in any way, without written permission
from the artist.7. All roughs, sketches and preliminary work remain property
of the artist.8. Revisions which are not the fault of the artist will be billed separately.9. Client will indemnify, and hold artist harmless against
any claim arising from artist's reliance upon reference
material provided to the artist by the client.10. This document takes precedence over any other
document pertaining to this job.
